Fair use is explained. Four factors are purpose and ch...aracter of item, nature of material, evalation of portion of work that was used, impact on market all determine fair use. This is a nice overview, but lacks an explanation on how the student work i...s to be assessed. This video is a good way to introduce this subject in a positive manner.
